More About Lindsay Wittrock
Clinical Interests:
I work with adults and adolescents with PTSD/trauma, eating disorders, social anxiety, LGBTQIA+ issues, ADHD/executive function challenges, and other mental health concerns.
Clinical Approach:
I welcome you exactly as you are into a space where you can safely unpack and process, discover your strengths, define your goals, and take the next steps forward on your change journey. I use strengths-based, solution focused, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches and work collaboratively with you to plan your treatment course. I also offer CBT-i treatment for insomnia, CPT (cognitive processing therapy) for trauma, and adult and adolescent Therapeutic Gaming Groups.
Hobbies:
I live in La Crosse with my husband, three daughters, three cats, and dog. I love stories in all forms–books, theater, movies, TV, music. I also love playing all kinds of games and spending time with my family and pets.
