Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests are in helping patients through mood disorders, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, grief issues, Perinatal Mood Disorders/pregnancy loss, and life transitions (for example: retirement, relationships with adult children). I have extensive experience helping individuals with Autism, ADHD, and other disabilities. I meet with individuals or families. Ages 19+.
Clinical Approach:
I like to start with the patient’s current strengths and build upon that. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, sand tray therapy, and I am a Trained EMDR provider.
Hobbies:
Hiking, Bicycling, and generally enjoying nature. Most of all, spending time with my family.
