Outpatient Mental Health Professional, LPCC
Rochelle is a board-approved licensed professional clinical counselor with experience supporting diverse populations in rural and urban settings. After joining Nystrom in 2014 and working as a lead in the Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) program, she returned to the Bemidji, Minn. clinic location to continue her passion for working with teens, training new hires, and providing a range of therapeutic services.

Heather Bodurtha
Director of Psychological Testing, LP
Heather is a licensed psychologist as well as the director of the psychological testing program. She is also the training director for the Nystrom doctoral internship which is accredited with the American Psychological Association. As part of Nystrom’s psychological testing team, Heather also conducts psychological evaluations and testing for ages 3 and older including diagnostic clarification, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder evaluations.

Wade Crandall
Clinical Site Director, Outpatient Mental Health Professional, MA, LPCC
Wade has experience as an adult rehabilitative mental health services (ARMHS) practitioner, case manager, and therapist and has a decade of experience in retail and finance. Now the clinical site director at Nystrom’s Hugo, MN, clinic, Wade specializes in treating phobias, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, insomnia, and hoarding. He has been a featured speaker at numerous events on the topic of hoarding including with NAMI Minesota and WCCO, while also serving as vice president of the Minnesota Hoarding Task Force from 2018-2022.

Tim Fairbanks
Outpatient Mental Health Professional, LMSW
Tim is a licensed master social worker. He previously worked as a residential treatment counselor and recovery assistant leading therapy and prevention groups, crisis management, and treatment goal reviews; served as a learning assistant for the University of Iowa supporting at-risk student-athletes; and was a school facilitator, providing social, emotional, and academic support to elementary students.

Paige Groebner
Outpatient Mental Health Professional, LPCC
Paige is a licensed professional clinical counselor with advanced training in dialectical behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization reprocessing, prolonged exposure, and perinatal mood disorders. With experience in both community-based and outpatient settings, she also serves as a board-approved supervisor for unlicensed providers and interns.

Christina Holcomb
Clinical Site Director, Outpatient Mental Health Professional, LPC
Christina specializes in non-voluntary therapy populations, sexual dysfunction and addiction, and sex offender rehabilitation. She previously directed Wisconsin’s only offender therapy program with an 11-week intensive in-patient intervention. Now a clinical director at Nystrom’s Greenfield, Wis., location, she oversees clinical operations, engages in community outreach, serves on various mental health boards, and promotes mental health awareness and professional development.

Karin Ryan
Clinical Site Director, Outpatient Mental Health Professional, LP
A licensed psychologist and clinical site director, Karin manages one of Nystrom’s largest clinics. She specializes in trauma, interpersonal violence, bipolar, anxiety, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. Karin also creates and presents continuing education trainings and serves as a featured TV personality on KSTP’s Twin Cities Live and Minnesota Live, collaborating on content to promote mental health awareness and care.
